1. iQOO Neo 7
The 512GB storage version of the iQOO Neo 7 is currently selling for $599. This phone features the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ flagship chipset and the 512GB storage is paired with 12GB RAM. It’s powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 120W wired fast charging and it also has a 50MP triple rear camera. This phone delivers incredible performance and has an AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
If you need a 512GB smartphone that delivers, then you can’t look past the iQOO Neo 7. It’ll give you the performance and storage of a $1,000 phone for less than $600. It’s however not certified to be water and dustproof and has no wireless charging.
2. Xiaomi Redmi K60E
The Xiaomi Redmi K60E might not be as powerful as the iQOO Neo 7 above but it arguably offers the best value for money in this list of best affordable 512GB phones. This is because the 512GB version of the Redmi K60E is currently selling for $519. And this phone features the high-performing MediaTek Dimensity 8200 5G chipset and the 512GB storage is paired with 12GB of RAM.
It features a 48MP OIS camera that can record videos in 4K resolution. The chipset performance paired with the 1080p AMOLED display (FHD+ display) made me enjoy playing games with this phone. The display also supports 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a big 5,500mAh battery that supports 67W wired fast charging. But, it’s not waterproof, has no 3.5mm headphone jack port, and Radio.
3. iQOO Neo 7 SE
The iQOO Neo 7 SE is another affordable 512GB phone you can buy this year. The 512GB version of the iQOO Neo 7 SE is selling for $559 and it has the same chipset as the Redmi K60E above. But the main difference between the Neo 7 SE and K60E above is the camera setup and battery.
From my time with the phones, its 64MP OIS main camera is pretty decent and the 4,880mAh battery charges fast thanks to the 120W fast charger (included). I also liked the 1080p AMOLED display (FHD+) of the smartphone and extra features like NFC connectivity comes in handy. But it has no 3.5mm headphone jack and is not certified to be water and dustproof.
4. Vivo S16
The Vivo S16 is powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset and the 512GB version is selling for $599. From my time with the phone, its performance is not as impressive as the top three on this list but it’s still one of the best affordable 512GB phones you can buy now.
It also has a 4,600mAh battery that supports 66W wired fast charging. Its battery life does not last as long as the top three phones on this list and it does not charge as fast as the top three phones.
5. OPPO Reno 9
The OPPO Reno 9 is the least recommended 512GB phone on this list. It has the least performing chipset, only dual rear cameras, and the smallest battery size. The 512GB version of Reno 9 is selling for $549 which is also relatively expensive compared to the top three phones in this list.
