Going by the specs above, Realme and OnePlus are also expected to launch new phones that have similar specs. The incoming Realme GT Neo 5 and OnePlus Ace 2 (names not confirmed) are expected to be the close rivals of the Redmi K60. This is not only because both of these phones have similar displays and chipsets as the K60 but also due to other factors like battery and cameras.

Just like its rivals, the Redmi K60 will have up to 12GB of RAM and will feature a 16MP front camera. It’s also said that it will have the same 8MP ultra-wide lens and 2MP macro lens as the forthcoming GT Neo 5 and Ace 2.

The exception is that the K60 features a 5,500mAh battery (the other two are expected to feature 5,000mAh) and it’ll have a 64MP main camera (the other two are expected to have 50MP sensors). It also said that the Redmi K60 will feature 33W wireless charging while the other two phones might not support wireless charging.

The Redmi K60 series is expected to include the Redmi K60 Pro and Redmi K60 Gaming. When the phone is launched alongside the rival phones from Realme and OnePlus, the price will play a key role in determining which of these phones to buy. More details on the K60 phones will be available in the coming weeks and we’ll provide the updates.
