When it comes to the display, the OPPO Watch 3 Pro is bigger. It measures a 1.91-inch LTPO 3D Curved AMOLED touchscreen with a 378×496 resolution. It features an Always On Display, but the peak level of brightness is unspecified by OPPO.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro brings a 1.47-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen, an Always-On Display, and a peak brightness of 600 nits.
OPPO Watch 3 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 Chipset. This chip is paired with 1GB RAM and 32GB of storage. The advantage of the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chipset is that it allows for longer battery life.
As for the Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro, the Chinese tech company didn’t reveal much of its performance details. It only stated that the Watch S1 Pro contains a 12nm high-performance low-power chip and even the RAM and storage size were not revealed too.

The Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro comes with the basic health and fitness features such as heart rate, SpO2 sensors, sleep, and stress tracking, a total of 117 fitness modes, blood oxygen level measurements, skin temperature sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, barometer, and ambient light sensor.
Battery and Charging Tech
The battery capacity of the Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro is 500 mAh which is rated by the company to last up to 15 days in typical usage mode, and with AOD turned on, the battery life drops to 5 days. On the other hand, the OPPO Watch 3 Pro comes with a 500 mAh capacity that supports VOOC 2.0 charging tech, you can use the watch a day after 10 minutes of charge.
